9joy Terms & Conditions

1.1 Introduction & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 9joy platform and all services, games, bonuses, and promotional offers included within it. When you open an account, log in, or use any part of the platform, you are automatically considered to have read, understood, and committed to following these Terms.

9joy reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and play games on 9joy, you must be 21 years of age or older. Creating an account in violation of this age requirement is strictly prohibited. We may request age verification documents at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, 9joy reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit any deposited funds.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email — must be completely true and accurate. If an account is opened with false or incorrect information, the account will be immediately terminated.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or unusual activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Payment methods currently supported on 9joy: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Transactions through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, some cases may take longer due to the verification process or other reasons.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at 9joy are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; deposit ৳32,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, totalling ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds after receiving the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• The bonus can only be claimed once.
• Bonus funds can be used to play all slots, live casino, and fishing games.
• Direct withdrawal is not allowed after claiming a bonus — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• If any manipulation or bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 9joy reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion under special circumstances.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

9joy is committed to ensuring fair play in all games. The outcome of all games on our platform is controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games through software, bots, or automated methods
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players

• Filing chargebacks or payment disputes using false information

5.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error causes an incorrect game result to be displayed, 9joy reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount. Any winnings resulting from a technical error may be considered void.

9joy's VIP program has four tiers. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

6.2 Cashback Policy

Cashback is credited to your account at a set time each week. The cashback amount can be withdrawn directly — no additional wagering requirements apply. 9joy reserves the right to change the cashback rate or rules.

7.1 Voluntary Limit Setting

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
